This if the first stage of official approval if your project requires council involvement . We transform the initial design concept into detailed plans, elevations and specification documents, ready for council planning approvals, minimising resubmissions, delays with approvals and potential costly design rework. At this stage you can also engage a trusted builder and obtain required engineering and survey reports.
As soon as your planning documents receive council approval we can proceed to working on the Detailed Design plans for your project. We keep you updated as we progress, flagging any issues that you may encounter and incorporating builder and engineering advice and requirements provided. You will have an opportunity for a final review before we continue to the next stage.
To ensure your project and design meets the requirements of the Building Code and adhere to any technical and energy standards your design is verified and approved by an independent private certifier. We engage directly with the certifier to ensure a smooth hassle free approval process. If there are any changes or additions required to obtain approval we communicate the requirements with you and amend the design drawings for approval.
This is the final step in getting your project off the ground. The complete Certified Design is submitted to for final Council Development Approval. We engage the council on your behalf and provide additional information required.
We inform you as soon as approval is obtained and have a final handover meeting to ensure you have everything you need to make your projects come to life.
